Review on Rocketism by Bryan Fields

The team at rocket is always eager to help out with any questions I have, they are very knowledgeable about Salesforce but also know how it's like for us as an admin/support person who doesn't use SFDC all that often! They were able to quickly address some of my issues when we had them over-night last time (even though our office was experiencing its own problems) which made me feel more comfortable using their services again this year. So far so good - nothing much negative other than occasional glitches where something needs attention or there isn’t enough resources available until later into the day etc., just minor things really. We've only been working together since January 2018 however during those first couple months both myself & one of the admins struggled initially getting used to each others workflows / processes within the system before coming up wth suggestions to improve efficiency. A few days after starting off well we started having trouble keeping track.
