Purchased in July 2018 for the 2018-19 school year. The legs broke off, the screw on the handle came out all the time to keep it from falling apart, the Zippers came off and the lining between the compartments was torn horribly. He says the warranty is 5 years but normal excludes wear and tear. I paid $29 for it and the company is charging $40 to replace it. But wait, they won't as this is from normal wear and tear.
