Wheel broke off on first trip

One of the wheels broke off during the very first trip, and the extendable handle is rattly and loose. It feels flimsy, like it's going to break. Those are the bad things. The good is the zippers seems fine, the color was accurate to how it was portrayed, and the inside lining was of nice material. I wanted to be really happy with this suitcase, but the busted wheel and loose handle are downers.

Pros
  • This was a great buy that I would purchase again, highly recommend this item.
Cons
  • Still smells! Something’s wrong w the production process

Decent luggage but poor stitching

Have only used this luggage a couple of times and the seam of the interior storage ripped apart. Very disappointed in the quality of the stitching.

Pros
  • Easy to maneuver. Fits easily into overhead compartment.
Cons
  • The luggage does not come with a warranty

Good enough - my new review

For a carry-on…held up just fine for a spring break carry-on for my 16 year old. The wheels make a lot of noise on uneven surfaces. Nice enough for the price.

Pros
  • Perfect for a week long get away. I had no problem fitting outfits and shoes for a week trip.
Cons
  • The wheels make a lot of noise on uneven surfaces

Color is a bit off - Ordered Brown -More like Burnt Yellow in Color

Haven't used the suit yet - so I can't comment on the durability but I do believe that if you are ordering the color Brown you should be warned it's not a true brown. I ordered it for my husband and I didn't want black as so it would stand out from the sea of black suit cases in the overhead bins - but it's not a manly enough color. I would describe the color as a burnt yellow or a very golden brown. The color works for me - so luckily I needed one so I will use it instead. I will order the…

Pros
  • Needed a carry on size bag for my American Airlines flight .. perfect size n reasonable price
Cons
  • The luggage does not have enough padding to protect fragile items

Cracked After 1st Use

Very easy to use/maneuver. Perfect for my 12 year old son. However, I noticed a small crack near Rockland name plate after first use 😒

Pros
  • Its easy for kids to roll and have as their own bag. Have not used it on plane.
Cons
  • The luggage is overpriced for its quality

The perfect carry on allowed size

You can't go any bigger than this without running into trouble. Ya it isn't the biggest but the whole point is to be able to carry it on to the plane, which it does!

Pros
  • very easy to maneuver
Cons
  • The zippers have a tendency to get stuck

Disappointed: my feedback

It looks good, rolls well. However, the first time I used it, the handle broke. It is beyond the return period, and from what I have read about the warranty, it is not helpful. I am disappointed.

Pros
  • Surprised by the capacity and room.
Cons
  • The handle is uncomfortable to hold and feels flimsy

Hard shell not durable

overall, it is pretty well made. But at first use, after one volunteered check in. Got a dent at one of the case corner. Tried to push it back and it cracked. Compare to a similar one got from Costco that use over 5 yrs and never have any issue. Material on this is soft. Thank god able to returned. Carry on only may make it last longer.

Pros
  • Made from high-quality, lightweight materials, this luggage is easy to lift and carry, ensuring that it doesn’t add any unnecessary weight to your travels
Cons
  • The luggage does not come in any other colors besides black

Perfect as a maximum sized allowable carry on!

I just returned from a trip, flying on Delta. I took the photos when I returned home. There is a small lock, which I didn't use, that came with the bag in the zipper pouch attached in the center. No problems at all stowing this bag in the overheads on three different planes. There was a smaller plane for the last leg of my trip home, and I needed to gate check this bag, but it looked great when I got it back. Nothing damaged or broken. I also was able to wheel it around easily with a heavy back

Pros
  • Carry-On meets these airlines' size restrictions: United, American, Delta, Southwest, Allegiant
Cons
  • The luggage is hard to spot on a baggage carousel due to its generic appearance

Max out the overhead bin

I was looking for a carry-on that maxed out space - and this bag meets that need and more. On first trip with four US flights (Delta), easily fit in either wheels first or sideways - filled the overhead bin, sliding in and out with ease. On variety of smooth and uneven surfaces, the wheels are smooth, when going fast or slow. As far as the handle - yes, it seems wobbly, but performed just fine, even when the weight of heavy brief case slide on. Lastly, it did arrive with plastic smell (not…

Pros
  • Thanks ilove
Cons
  • The luggage does not fit in many overhead compartments on airplanes
