Premium Rockport Mens City Oxford Brown Shoes: Stylish Loafers & Slip-Ons for Men Review

To be honest I bought these shoes because I needed something comfortable but not too flashy to wear in the OR and they fit perfectly. Yes, they're a bit more expensive than most "OR" type clog sneakers, but they're also a lot more comfortable. They worked so well I bought two extra pairs to make sure I was ready for a while. Each pair have lasted at least a year and a half and the days I wear them they see a lot of use!

I ordered my normal size/foot width. The hole in that boot was so small that I couldn't put my foot in the boot. The size on the box matched the size I ordered, as did the size on the tag inside the shoe. For what it's worth, that label also said "Made in China". It's like they increased the length of the shoe but didn't change any of the others.

There were mixed feelings about these shoes. The good news is that they are very comfortable and the measurements are accurate in both length and width. The bad news is that real shoes don't look exactly like the picture. The picture shows a shiny leather surface that looks beautiful. In fact, the shoes were a very dull, matte black color. Incredible value for comfortable leather loafers with new technology. The shoe is very light and has an EVA midsole that absorbs an incredible amount of impact. Not much to say. The craftsmanship is impressive - I can't find any flaws in either the carving or the lining. My main issue with these shoes is that they are a little tight at the top. Actual shoe size is true to length and width, but when I wear something thicker than classic socks, they compress my foot on top in a less comfortable way. My husband needs comfortable work shoes that will stand up to some wear and tear but still look good with his work clothes. We found it very good for the price. He ordered a larger width, which we don't usually do; but i think he ordered half size smaller because the other half size was out of stock. Depending on the shoe, he wears size 11 to 12. They seem to be too big, but thicker socks will do. And I think a little more than too little. My husband loves Rockport shoes.

These are great work shoes for everyday office wear. I bought size 8 M and they are very comfortable. I don't have very wide feet but I like a wider toe box. I avoid sketchers with a loose fit because they are too loose on the foot and the heel often pops out of the shoe.
