The only product we use in our houseboat is black water.

The only product we use in our houseboat's recovery tank. Other products just try to hide the smell; This liquefies solids so everything is surrounded by enzymes.

Pros
  • Plumbing
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Liquefied but not deodorizing enough

I was looking for a product to solve a problem with a 5 gallon portable pot on my boat. I can't empty the tank, but in some cases once every 4-5 days. I have tried different amounts of product from 4oz to 12oz per tank. It worked better at controlling odors than the Royal Flush I used, but still not good enough. However, it seems to do a good job of liquefying solids. Overall I like the company but I am not satisfied with the product.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Ruined my marine toilet joker valve

I gave this one star BECAUSE it ruined my JASCO marine toilet joker valve. Luckily I had a replacement with me and I changed the Joker on the quay AFTER the tank was completely empty (fill up several times after fresh water). Not sure if pouring into the evacuation port is next to hit the joker valve. The first time cost me $20 (for a new valve). This chemical acted on the rubber joker valve, causing it to swell until the liquids were pushed back into the bowl (no matter how much you pump out…

Pros
  • Sewer chemicals and cleaners
Cons
  • Nothing
