Good lens for landscape photography

A fun and very easy to use lens. I bought it mainly for outdoor use and when focusing at infinity the photos come out pretty sharp and clear. The construction of the lens makes a solid impression. I've only had it a few weeks and the only thing that bothers me is that the focus ring is a bit stiff/sticky when turning.

Images are excellent and clear in all directions

Images are excellent and clear in all directions. Manual lens but easy to use as you don't have to adjust much. The only downside is that it has some play when connected to the A6000. It worries me, but it still works as it should. Silver color is better. The lens hood is non-removable and scrapes off the lens cap fairly quickly (because of the way it's attached).

I like this lens for indoor or outdoor panoramas

For a manual lens in an automated world - such works. When I use this lens, I take "special" photos, so I don't have problems with manual focus and exposure. And with other lenses, I never use manual settings. I love this lens for indoor or outdoor panoramas. Be careful when taking photos, and the lens correction settings in Lightroom will correct them enough that it's not just a gimmick.

Great action lens with sharp edges!

I chose the silver version for my Sony a 6000 and am very happy with the sharpness, especially around the edges. Luckily I have a shortcut for manual focus with image zoom and critical focusing is very easy now. I use this lens a lot when I'm out and about shooting (skiing, mountain biking) and it's as sharp as my old Canon 15mm 2.8 fisheye. So worth the low cost of manual fisheye.

Infinity Focus Fisheye

Great for sky or landscape shots, this lens fixes corner color cast issues experienced with some version 1 cameras. However, the minimum focus for a fisheye is not good, it is actually difficult to blur objects. Center sharpness at f/2.8 is good, and it's good across the frame when you stop down. You'll see some solar flares in the frame, but you'll also get some pretty good starbursts if you turn down the aperture. It is excellent for 180 degree (diagonal and near horizontal) starfield and sky
