Unreliable Tripod for Electronics

I tried using this tripod for my electronics during a photo shoot and it was a disaster. The legs couldn't hold my equipment in place and it kept falling over. the ONLY positive thing about it is how light and compact it is for travel. However the cons definitely outweigh the pros when it comes to actually using it for its intended purpose. Save your money and invest in a better quality tripod..

Pros
  • Compact and lightweight, making it easy to travel with.
Cons
  • Vulgarity

One bad clamp screw ruins the whole bunch

When I got my tripod I didn't use it much and used it in a way that didn't require the legs to be fully extended. Unfortunately, after the warranty expired, I started using it fully extended and found that one of the clamp screws on one leg would not tighten, so I am confident that the tripod will support the weight of my camera or easel when I use it use. for plein air painting. It's my fault for not trying the tripod in every position, but IO believes replacement should be allowed in…

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • Annoying
