Bought this product 1 year ago today. it was working great until this worked. The thread from the center hole on the block has been stripped and it no longer works. Very disappointed because I thought it would finally be the one to run the distance with me.

Much better than you think for the price. I used it on a 60H chain for my skid steer loader. On the one hand everything is fine, on the other hand you have to pull yourself up a bit. I knew I was exaggerating the tools' capabilities, but I finished the job. I ruined my jaws by bending them beyond repair. I fixed this error by ordering and paying for a new one. Definitely worth having in your toolbox.

Worked as it should to pull out the chain slack and then held the chain in place so I could do it easily. especially with large chains. This puller is a lot more reliable than I expected, it's a very well built tool. I've seen reviews saying problems with stripping, these people must have been trying to stretch the chain, not pull out the slack. Reasonable price, good offer.
