Everything is fine so far. The lighter material is easy to cut, easy to shape, seals well and performs well. One side is transparent, the other opaque. Having run out of my previous large spare rolls (not sure which brand) I have just ordered 2 new brands. I ordered these 11" FoodVacBag and 11" Nutri-Lock bags (I do a lot of sous vide and seal a lot). FoodVacBags are significantly thinner than FoodVacBags.
