The product worked well, but as some reviewers wrote, not very reliable. I would have to agree with them. Sometimes fully igniting the fuel is the only way to ignite it and keep the flame going. Sometimes you can leave it all the way down and it works like full throttle. The flashlight works and sometimes not. But for less than $12, when it actually works, it's amazing! but sometimes I fill this thing up, wait for it to calm down, and nothing happens, no fuel, no flame, nothing. Again, that's…

Well made (heavier, more durable), easy to refill, easy to adjust flame, easy to light.

Very well made - solid construction, good weight - feels expensive even at an affordable price. No ignition problems like other models. One click and it's on. The flame of the burner is well suited for outdoor use and the easy adjustment of the flame makes it easy to light candles indoors. I used it last weekend to light my charcoal fireplace in windy weather - no problem (it used to hurt with those disposables). The quality of the material was the only good one

From the moment I received this item I flooded it with butane and it continued to die very quickly. I then realized that it didn't have enough room for much butane and would only partially fill. It was awful because it doesn't hold much and doesn't fill up completely as you keep refilling it. It's not the worst. Works well, but runs out of gas quickly, difficult to refuel

Fuel runs out pretty quickly because of the jet lighter. I use it to melt wax and can only run it for 3-5 minutes before it runs out completely. I bought it because using a large propane lamp is pretty heavy, but I might be overly optimistic. Maybe it's just for novelty but I don't know why you would need a jet lighter to light candles or start a BBQ but that's the only use I see for this thing.
