Description of Rooibos Tea African red leaf crushed, Africa Natural, (Herbal tea Rooibos, Rooibus) Rooibos Super Gr, 100 gr

Rooibos or Rooibos, more often referred to in Russia as Rooibos tea, is translated from the local Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) as "Red Bush". A popular African drink is made from the branches and bark of this shrub. The resulting infusions have a bright pleasant berry-coniferous aroma and taste. The brewed infusion contains a large amount of nutrients and has a beneficial effect on the body. Rooibos has been found to be particularly beneficial for the elderly, athletes and anyone involved in heavy work activities. After all, it strengthens the nervous system, stimulates metabolic processes, improves immunity, improves the condition of the teeth and the entire skeletal system as a whole. Specialists especially appreciate this tea due to the fact that its effect on the human body is very mild. You can easily enjoy this tea at any time of the day due to the lack of caffeine and tannin in its composition.

Mediocre goods, most likely I will not use.

The taste of tea, or rather a tea drink for an amateur, is woody, the color is rich, the aroma is the same as the taste. I didn’t quite get it, but if you make a blend of rooibos and any other leaf tea, you get a very interesting taste, softer, where the woody notes are softened and give the taste a slight astringency. But, I repeat, if you make a blend.
