The cold blonde was unfortunately all yellow. I emailed them based on the feedback and because they even emailed to get in touch with them if there was an issue. They asked for pictures and then basically said yes, it's too yellow - try another color. Disappointing as based on some reviews I thought the customer service would be better.

Fine powder goes everywhere! It breaks out from under the brush. There is no way to get a little bit into the brush and then block the powder from the brush so you can apply the brush's contents. It completely colors the scalp in powder color. They give you a card to cover your part so you don't get skinned?! If it's that bad, it should be explained in the description. I'm guessing it's non-toxic, but it doesn't work that well. I had to apply a ton to the semi-masking dark roots, plus the powder dripped onto my clothes. It's a good idea, I really wanted to like it, but it didn't work for me. They say to use hairspray to set the powder but I didn't because I don't like hairspray. Next time I'll try regular root cream.

I do not hesitate to answer what I think of this product. I love it!
