Very good tool for HR department management. It's very easy to use even by employees without any specific training.It can be used as an intranet or web application.The system has all features required for managing human resource department.Also, it provide various modules such as recruitment,training etc which helps us to work efficiently. It was easy to find information about how employees perform in various categories, such as knowledge and skill.
