Misleading advert in links and prices

Good. I have a problem with ads. The picture clearly shows a set of 4 pieces. I know the price should have told me, but hey, this could be a great deal?!?

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Poor quality, bent and broken after several uses

Dogs tore them out. They bent easily when pulled by 3 month old puppies, poor quality, the line broke after a few uses and the peg has no strength at all. Puppies bowed him.

Ideal for a small dog.

Perfect for my small garden and small dog. I planted it in the ground 3 times in about a month. Be careful as there is a lot of gravel and roots but it hasn't broken or come out of the ground. Puppy 6 months old, weight about 5 kg. She does this an average of 30 minutes a day. Mostly cared for.

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • Clarity

Nice and strong but bent

The first one was bent so much that it didn't work properly. I sent it back and Revane sent another. This one was only slightly bent and I was able to straighten it. While the quality of the materials is good, I wouldn't recommend buying this one unless you're willing to put up with the poor build quality you might receive.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others

Strong, with a big red handle.

I don't have a comparison but I can say that I'm very satisfied. I love the red top in case I accidentally leave it on the lawn when the grass is being cut. He's quite big and very strong. I've been camping and it went everywhere and the grip is comfortable. It doesn't really knot either. I am planning to buy a second one for my RV.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Brief instructions

Happy little dog, best of dogs

What I like is the red handle that is so visible. It is simply screwed into the ground. The ring I attach the cable to rotates all the way around giving my 15 pound dog freedom to explore in all directions and is strong enough to keep from being pulled off the ground. Easily unscrews when I mow the lawn and snaps back in when I'm done. And now he can be outside in my unfenced yard while I garden, so it's a win-win for us.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Something different

Good steel but poor production

I would like this product. But I can not. I ordered two of these and both arrived bent. As you can see from my drawing, the handle needs to be on the same axis as the corkscrew - and that's not even close. Probably minus 15 degrees. This makes screwing into hard ground very difficult. For sand I'm sure it's ok. But that's not what most people use it for. It seems to be a production issue so I don't think there is a fix. They use good steel so I gave it two stars and maybe it will work for you…

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Protection
