I was a little hesitant, but the quantity and quality of the product is there. It's worth it. None of those chemical products that crack your lips so you use more. The aroma is pleasant, delicate strawberry. It moisturizes very nicely. It's a big tin can. I expected and am very happy with the purchase.

The container is difficult to open I had to open it with a knife. And I think the balm isn't thick enough, I'm used to Carmex so I thought it might be the same thickness as Carmex but I was wrong. If you have wet hands/fingers or have applied moisturizer. Good luck trying to open the lid, you need God's grip to open it, no kidding. I almost sent it back.

According to reviews it looked good but does not moisturize. I got chapped lips after a few uses which is odd as I haven't had it with medium to high end products, I don't even mind lip balm. I tried to contact the seller as it was a reaction and it was only sent to Revain and they will not issue a refund. I do not recommend this. Dislike has no chance to return.

This product is great on the lips. It has a slightly strong, sweet strawberry flavor but is by no means obnoxious. it is neither sticky nor tacky but can feel a bit greasy at times. I decided to try it because my sister talked about it so much. The container is a lot bigger and thicker than I thought it would be. I could even smell it before I opened it. I applied it to my lips and within about 30 minutes my dry, chapped lips were beautifully hydrated. It glides on gently, leaves a slight sheen and leaves no traces on the lips. I really love this lip balm. This is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend!

This is the best lip product! Better than any lipstick. Super moisturizing and just the right amount of shine. I love the feel and smell the light emits, like a fruity strawberry snack being kissed by a child. I know. but it's great and it's by far my favorite balm, even my toddler loves it. I have tried all Smiths ointments. Although I like other types of packaging and scents, this formula is a little different from other balms, I think this is the only one with lanolin.
