I've tried different types of external drive cases and I like the Rosewill case the best. Inserting a drive into the case is easy and secure. Great addition when buying an SSD, use it to clone your old drive, then replace it and use the old drive as portable storage. It's easy to open, so replace it. It's very convenient. The sleeve holds discs of all sizes and the included foam stickers prevent them from rattling. The short cable is always present and works great with a laptop or USB hub. Desktop users have to adapt somehow. On my laptop it's recognized and accessible quickly, transfers are very fast but I haven't tested this to see

Aside from the color of the LEDs, this case is beautiful. I've had one for a few years and it works perfectly. Bought two more as I had some old laptop drives that I wanted to keep using as portable drives. That's great too, especially at this price point. Hard drive installation takes seconds.
