Rugged Construction

I love that everything is stainless steel, feels like it will last a lifetime. So far I've only used a grater with large holes, but I doubt I'll have any trouble making harder cheeses that require a finer grater. It doesn't have any frills like ergonomic grips or anything like that. , and that's good. In my opinion, these are the types of features that break and/or make tools harder to clean. If you're looking for a durable, well-made cheese grater, this is the one for you!

Poor design makes this grinder unhygienic, difficult to turn and eventually falls apart.

Unfortunately, this is not an old Mouli coffee grinder. It popped up in my search for an original, long-defunct coffee grinder and I was so glad I bought it without reading the reviews. I threw away the box, it's too late to return it. Here are the problems: Someone decided it would be a good idea to use a plastic spacer to attach the round blade to the side rings. However, the pad collects food debris that cannot be removed and can lead to mold growth. Reading the reviews I now expect the ring

YOU HAVE TO BUY IT FROM DADDY.

I'm happy to write this review. I received this tool from heaven in the mail today. Maybe it was just stupid luck. or perhaps divine intervention. I will never know But my wife made the sauce for a delicious tortellini dinner for the kids and I tonight before she left for work. All I had to do was cook tortellini and cut a piece of fresh parmesan cheese for my kids. As I looked over the counter at that square grater from hell that we fathers and husbands are all familiar with. I felt a lump inโ€ฆ
