Although the color appeared to be nice at first, it washed out after just a few days. The product also left our hair feeling dry and brittle. When I first had a lift I used this toner to remove or tone down yellow it was so good. I changed my hair color and forgot about it. While I was at Sally's in the US I saw it again, this time I got my highlights back and the product has really improved so I haven't used it. Eventually when I got more gray I stopped coloring, added some highlights to blend the gray into my color so I could avoid regrowing. I bought this product for my mother who has gray (mostly white) hair. She uses it all the time. Easy to apply, does not damage hair and has a pleasant gray color. I see myself using it after a few years.
