First, I must say the design was impressive, but that's where the good ended. Luggage handle strap broke the first time I used it, which was a huge disappointment. Through trial and error, I found that the material was just cheap and flimsy. Would not recommend this product or brand for the price.

The plastic piece that adjusts the strap broke within a month. Now I have to buy my daughter a new book bag.

Very Cute! Daughter bought it for school and it's smaller. That means it's not very spacious inside if you have a lot of books. But she wanted the sweet factor, and it definitely is. And yes, the quality is good.
