Love these brushes, used the worst quality until someone recommended these! Doesn't matter! It's easier to guide and draw my strokes! Easy to wash, dries quickly! I painted on canvas and thick paper with other colors!

I have to say right away: these are good brushes. The brush part is fantastic and for this price you really get a lot. It holds water very well and gives you a lot of control in that aspect. BUT I returned them after some use because whenever I put them in water the "metal" part near the tip became VERY slippery. Now I paint in gouache and I like to keep my brushes close to the tip (near the metal part) so it was very awkward to use when I went back to painting. I felt like I had a lot less…

I've just started using these and a bristle has fallen off although I try to be gentle with them. However, I find them better than expected. I've seen some nice brushes in bad shape so I think they deserve 4 stars. However, over time I expect further verification in case something goes wrong with them. They work really well for use with watercolor pencils, although this is a harder brush than I expected.

I bought a small set of royal and long nickel watercolor brushes from a local shop and loved them so much I looked them up at Revain! Was very happy to find this kit. Very neat that none of my 4 original brushes were repeated in this set. These brushes hold their shape well, play well with them and are fairly easy to clean. I think this company makes high quality synthetic brushes and I recommend everyone to use them! Also quick arrival.

I paint every day and am always looking for good brushes. I bought this Royal Medium Gold Taklon brush set because it had 12 different sized brushes that I use. I really like these brushes and will probably buy another pack. Has very little hair at first and the brushes are easy to use, have good bristle shape, are easy to clean (I use acrylic paints) and keep their shape. My favorites in this pack are hazelnuts. I would buy them again and recommend them.
