Maximize Engine Life with Royal 🔧 Purple 10-454 Extended Life Premium Oil Filter Review

Nice to look at. Lol, don't know how else to revise this. My machine works fine, but all other filters are fine too. There is a disassembly video on YouTube and the inside looks way better than the other filters.

This filter was leaking. I couldn't get a good print. I tried again to remove and clean the surfaces, but it still gave me problems. I didn't try to overtighten it as I didn't want to use a hammer and screwdriver to remove it later. I am very surprised as I have always been very satisfied with Royal Purple products.

I can feel a big difference in speed changes around the track, of course I've put Royal Purple 10w-40 oil in my engine and it feels great, without the aggressive speed change the rattle in the gearbox with the force my engine is putting out and apply these settings at 180 km/h (112 mph) and a low speed of 40 km/h (25 mph) and my L98 engine is much more responsive.

I don't know how good they are. That's why I buy them. 1) They are heavy. The case is strong, and what's inside has to be strong too. 2) They publish the efficiency at a relatively small particle size. Most premium brands don't mention particle size. Otherwise, blind faith that they filter that well, and also that the flow rate through them is sufficient. I change my oil once a year and love the idea of a premium filter. I will continue to buy them.

I've used this filter before so I don't think it will cause any problems. I bought this filter to have on hand so if my truck needs an oil change I'll take it. There was no rust inside or out. I'm only saying this because I've seen reviews that other people have had rust in the filter and you shouldn't use them if that's the case. So far I haven't had this problem and hopefully never will. I love these filters, they work and work well.
