I recently bought something from ROYI, and I have to admit that I'm really dissatisfied with their customer service. When I contacted their support team for help since the goods I received was flawed, I was treated rudely and hurriedly. They were condescending and unhelpful despite my repeated attempts to explain the problem. Spending money on a product that doesn't perform as promised and then dealing with the company so poorly is demoralizing. I won't use ROYI for future purchases.
