Showed a window but didn't work properly. Windows 10 Pro could not be repaired. I tried installing it but it didn't work either. I get Windows 10 USB from Microsoft. We installed and updated Windows 10 Pro. My laptop works fine with a genuine Microsoft recovery USB drive.

Doesn't recognize my Windows 10 license All you have to do is allow Windows to install from a USB drive, then close it and boot from the hard drive. Then follow the instructions.

Didn't work at all. Started downloading files then my computer just turned off. Tried dozens of times, recovery scan option worked for 2 days and just got stuck. I do not recommend this to anyone. Waste of $20. With the same success, you can buy a black USB stick and download Windows on it.

Gives me a chance to figure out how to use it and it resulted in the destruction of all my user files (could have been prevented with more accurate information, and 9 major updates were missing, so I had to spend hours downloading and installing the latest updates.

THIS IS EMPTY USB! I bought this product to fix a friend's laptop. Plugged in, restored and nothing. So I'm thinking maybe his USB is bad, so I'm trying it on both of my personal laptops. I am VERY happy with this product. This is my first time using a USB stick. It took me a few tries because I didn't know what I was doing. It came with no instructions but it was easy enough. As I have made many computer/laptop formats, this saves a lot of time. I made my own, but this is for those who just need a bootdisk and don't want to bother making one.
