Description of Rpigear 5824093236 Raspberry Pi UPS

Supports AA batteries(Alkaline and NIMH) and standard lithium battery packs. Integrated battery charger. Advanced features for remote operation, including low power sleep mode with various wake up sources. UPS events logging to /var/log/messages in Linux. Stackable architecture and configurable I2C address allow the UPS to coexist with other daughter cards/hats.

Reliable and Affordable UPS

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can absolutely say that this UPS is a great investment for anyone using a Raspberry Pi... It offers reliable power backup and is affordable for its features. Its small form-factor and easy-to-install design make it convenient to set up..

Couldn't get it to work properly

They don't have documentation available for I2C commands to use with Windows 10 IoT, so I couldn't configure or control them in my project. He also showed that the new AA batteries are low on charge. It might work better with other platforms.
