Enhanced H75-C Expanded Wick Filter for Optimal RPS Performance Review

Works great with my Holmes HM3500 humidifier. I've had Holmes for many years, never had a problem. Two wicks will help me get through the winter, eliminate static and keep my boobs happy.

Switched to this filter after using the Holmes filter. It works much better and appears to be much better made. Some filters have plastic reinforcements that can flake off. BestAir has much better aluminum reinforcement.

If you turn the filter over (top to bottom) every week and use an anti-odour/bacterial supplement, it will last a long time. Of course, this depends on the body of water you live in. I live in New England, where most of the water is free of heavy minerals or chemicals.

I've noticed that I don't have to refill my water tanks as often as I remembered. My old wick/filter is no longer very absorbent. Once I installed a new wick I felt an improvement in moisture for the first 24 hours. The old wick was not even a year old, but I think the recommendation to change it every 6 months is correct.

These humidifier filters are great! They are much thicker and last longer! It even has an aluminum gill instead of the black plastic of the store-bought ones. I am very happy with these filters. I usually have to replace the ones I buy for sores every 3 weeks and it's been about 2-3 months and they're still going! Do yourself a favor and get it!

When I first bought these filters they were each in a separate box and each had an aluminum mesh around the filter for wet strength. The second time I ordered these filters they all came in a clear bag without the aluminum tape on the filters. These new ones are useless, they don't stay wet and will shatter if they get wet due to the lack of the aluminum needed for strength. DON'T SPEND MONEY ON HER. Classic bait and switch.

Served its purpose as a wick replacement for my humidifier. I also used the Essex Bacteria supplement and had a bit of a problem. The only problem I had was that the humidifier was very tight. I tried not to damage it, but definitely not to get it wet to put it on, otherwise it will crush. It used to work fine but was tight. Poor absorbency compared to the same brand bought for many years. The filter is twice as thin as the old ones and has a turquoise inner layer coated with an unknown chemical that I had to rinse several times before daring to use it in my humidifier. Based on some of the other reviews here I suspect that not all filters sold by this company are exactly the same. The ones I have are without a doubt the best I've ever had for my moisturizer. The humidifier is about 6 years old and believe me I've tried them all. Most other brands were very soft after cleaning. In fact, something fell apart.
