Lasts all season - heating, cooling and air quality

If you turn the filter over (top to bottom) every week and use an anti-odour/bacterial supplement, it will last a long time. Of course, this depends on the body of water you live in. I live in New England, where most of the water is free of heavy minerals or chemicals.
