No tech support for inevitable issues

system setup was easy. But then after a few days it asks for a password. It doesn't accept a password and asking for help doesn't work because they give a default answer that doesn't work. I read that many people have this problem with the system.

What is the most important thing to know? There is a lot on this topic. It's not plug and play.

There are a few things you need to know in order to install this item, it's more than meets the eye. But it's worth figuring out how to install it. Everything is well made and works as advertised and the price is lower than what you get. I still deal with it, but would buy it again. WLJ

Cannot be configured. Terrible

Terrible. I wish I could comment on the actual quality of the cameras, but I can't get past the initial setup. Followed all the instructions and got stuck on the setup screen. I can't contact anyone and the warranty doesn't seem to cover technical issues. We keep trying but now we have no return window and are obviously stuck with expensive fake cameras as we cannot use them for their intended purpose (or at all!).
