Low tensile strength

Need one and use 3 before replacing in place. The metal is thin and stretches easily, but they were the only ones that fit me on Revain.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Other interesting options are available.

It's perfect! in Recessed Lights

These things are absolutely WONDERFUL! I bought a house that was built in the 70's with built in lights and some of them were missing springs. I don't know what they are so I bought these feathers. I just grabbed my needle nose pliers and BOOM, the new spring worked perfectly. I had a new spring installed in less than 30 seconds. No more sagging rings. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR!

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Requires Socket

Like a mannequin, I pulled off the ring and used .

Holds my downlight's reflector/ring firmly to the ceiling. I just painted my house and stretched the old feathers a bit when taking them off. my fault I did not remove the headlights and unhooked the springs through the hole. Like a dummy, I pulled the ring down and used pliers to unhook it. Definitely don't do it. Turn off the light.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
