He's doing his job. Long distance data transfer is fine. I didn't take good pictures before purchasing, so I was a bit disappointed that the power adapter plug is in the middle. This is a pretty awkward spot as the outlets are usually at one end and the other, but not necessarily in the middle. With all the wires and cables everywhere, you want it to be wireless.

I am moving a 32ft cable to another room in my house to stream. This cable does a surprisingly good job, especially since I use it to run a hub for my camera, microphone and Elgato capture card for the Playstation.
