Liquid REALLY seeps into the cute duck

Not being an expert on mold, or how it grows or dies, or how harmful it can be if swallowed in small quantities, I can't say how safe it is, but the duck will runny. and there is no way to get it out. I no longer use this teapot for several reasons: It's too small for the amount of tea I'm brewing. It's turning brown around the duck and doesn't look as cute as it did the first time (that's no deal, I'm just saying.) The liquid in it irritates me. My other tea infuser just broke so I'll be using

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

No problems so far, I like it!

Most of the reviews I read said their duck was filled with uncomfortable water and didn't swim properly. I've been using my duck for a few weeks now and already have no problems. I'm checking it for cracks but haven't found it yet. The mesh basket keeps the leaves inside perfectly. It sits a little low, but when I pour hot water into my cup through the mesh basket (just to wet the leaves), it doesn't tip over (otherwise it'll tip through the air in the leaves/basket first). I usually let it…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

It's cute and functional

Well it's very cute, it floats around my cup and the teapot gives me good strong tea just the way I like it. I'm not sure how functional it is though. I didn't realize the basket's notches fit into little grooves and rotate to snap, so I'll try again later. On the first run, I didn't attach the basket properly and it splattered the tea leaves, leaving some tiny particles in my cup. The base is made of a strong micro-mesh that holds the tea well, so I think I can handle the second test. It swims

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
