RT TCZ 2018 2019 Wrangler Gladiator Accessories Review

The front two fit well. Hope the glue works. The rear two will NOT fit. They may have been warped, but they appear to have been poorly constructed. So, two is good, two is not good. I don't waste time returning everything. I will use the two front ones.

Good fit, very good adhesion. I took the time to put them in the right place on each doorstep. If you align the door guards correctly, they will look like they came from the factory. I especially like that they match my footpeg's surface pattern and don't have any silly logos or tire tracks on them.

I would give 5 stars but the backs don't fit well and shipping was slow. Removed the double sided tape from the back. I took a heat gun and heated the back of the rear rocker panels and was able to bend them to fit. Then I put some more double sided 3M tape back on. You shouldn't do this. Other than that they are very good.

I know I've read reviews that people haven't had good experiences with these picks, but I haven't had any problems. I just cleared the area they were supposed to go and then "dried" them so I knew where to place them. I added some double sided tape because we live in Texas! I'm glad I put them on so as not to scratch the windowsill! If I run into any problems or not I'll try to remember to come back with more info!

Matches my JL's stock fairing perfectly, plus it's a much stronger plastic than I thought it would be, so I know it will protect my door sills! My only suggestion is to be ready to place it after you remove the backing from the adhesive. It will immediately want to stick to whatever it touches, and you won't be able to move it once it's placed. That being said I would buy them again in a heartbeat even if I didn't get a discount!

Great door sills. Easy to install and good looking. I put them at the JLU 2020. Not sure if the 2018/2019 had a slight dip in the metal up front, but my 2020 does (see photo). The arch is the same on both sides, but the lining up to the 3rd/4th Row/seam will cover the buckle and will not lie flat. Due to a metal flaw, I moved them back to the 6th row along the seam. This way the front line aligns right where the sink starts and they stick to a perfectly flat surface.

Great product. No instructions were included but they are not needed. You need to make sure you clean the application area to ensure excellent adhesion. There were many 3M tapes at all locations. Very easy to install. They are clearly marked on the back where they go. They adhere perfectly and do not interfere with the opening or closing of doors. The part that goes over the lip is a bonus. Front rocker panels fit very well. Easy installation, color matches factory finish. Nice. The rear guards look good, but the kit I received wasn't molded correctly. The contour does not fit and does not sit properly. See photos. They're marked below to show the right or left hand from behind, and you can move them back and forth to get the correct position.
