One of the zippers on the top cover came loose from a panel after two days and is now unusable. I'm just glad there's another zipper to close, but I'm not wondering if, but when it will fail and the whole thing become useless. Be careful!

Love the size, pockets and durability. My oldest son plays travel ball and ran with it in the Georgia July heat. By noon, two ice blocks and an ice pack had melted. Not what I expected from Rtic. May work better in cool weather.

The perfect lunch box cooler. Plus side pockets and a front pocket for things you take to work. Plenty of space for lunch. I work outdoors in Bakersfield where summer temperatures reach 110 degrees and this lunch box stays cold all day. Highly recommended!

When I ordered this product on July 26, 2018, I really liked the lunch box. until it arrived and the shoulder strap came loose after a week of owning the product. Now there is a big hole on the side of the box where the shoulder strap attaches to the lunch box and I can no longer carry the lunch box on my shoulder because the shoulder strap no longer fits. Overall I am very disappointed that I spent $30 on a product that I was sure would last only to lose my money.

I have given four stars in all categories because 5 stars is reserved for something exceptional. This is a solid cooler that I use more like a daily lunch box. It will hold a solid cool temperature rather than an attic cold, but it will hold its temperature and keep food cold for 5-6 hours with no problem. I love this lunch box. The added ice packs keep my food nice and cold. Packing the lunchtime yogurt into my old lunch box, it was warm by lunchtime. Not with RTIC Lunchbox.
