Luckily they are a lot better than I expected. I'm glad to have them. I add my hot coffee, put it in the fridge and have a gallon of cold coffee in a couple of days. There will be a bit of gurgling and splattering as it pours, so be careful how fast you try to pour. Easy to open spout. May not fit in small refrigerators. The tips appear perfectly tight when sealed. Despite holding coffee 24/7, they don't seem porous enough to stain (okay). Easy to use handle. They don't fit in my dishwasher FYI

We struggled to find pitchers that were strong, affordable and easy to use for our team. It's probably the best we've had so far. Most importantly, unlike many jugs, you don't have to flip or twist the lid to pour the liquid. They have a tab at the top that you can easily open and close. It's obvious when it's open and when it's not, so no one accidentally spills anything.
