Rubbermaid Heavy-Duty Charcoal Dust Pan for Commercial Use Review

Product label cannot be removed. Soaked overnight, used vegetable oil in attemote to remove sticker. Glue remains and dirt sticks to it. Apart from this problem, the product is ok.

So light it doesn't touch the ground and the edges curl up so you can sweep the trash right underneath. It was very similar to my mom's heavy rubber, which worked great and lasted forever. It's light plastic.

This is a dustpan that is nothing special. The edge should be sharper/thinner to provide a cleaner grip. It's also not particularly tall and can't snap onto a broomstick. On the plus side it's durable and doesn't bend, so I expect it to last a while. My large dustpan, which I bought from Lowe's many years ago, has a rubber blade for full cleaning and snaps onto the brush. Too bad it's in stock.

I bought these for everyday use in the kitchen. I can sweep dirt in without extra work. My old one was useless; I had to persuade crumbs etc. This one is sturdy and has a nice notch for hanging. It cost more than I was willing to pay for a scoop, but you get what you pay for. I like it when I need it, so he can't take it to clean the basement or garage. It will reset to gross or go away. It's also great for other household chores if you buy it for that.
