I ordered this product based on my positive experience with the Rubbermaid brand but Rubbermaid must be confused by this product. The product does not offer user options such as the ability to choose the time between sprays. I have a consumer brand that I paid about $10 for that offers 3 options plus an "OFF" option. This is the basic version, not the one above. There is no way to customize it and the resupply gauge. The device is also very noisy when spraying. I had a previous model and it was pretty quiet, especially compared to this one. Can't say I'd recommend it but once again I was disappointed and ordered the $70 version and found it noisy too. I now have 3 of these units and lots of refills but I use the much cheaper but much better AirWick dispensers. These guys sit in an unfinished basement…

This product worked great for about a week and a half. I liked it very much. Thanks to this, the office always smelled nice. I liked the customization option to set it up in the way that works best for us. Then the battery light started blinking and the air freshener started beeping and stopped spraying the air freshener.
