The skeptic is now convinced they cost $30!

To be honest I felt a little crazy paying $30 for a pair of tweezers. But the reviews were good, and the manufacturer was respected. And I bought several tweezers from pharmacies, none of which could catch the smallest hair, and they were all thrown away. These tweezers do the job! Wow. I use them with a small magnifying mirror and I can reach almost every hair, no matter how small. Just try not to overdo it and don't pluck too much. These tweezers are so amazing it might be tempting to overdo…

Beautiful but expensive - Ladies

PROS+ Very accurate+ Decent grip (both for my fingers and my hair)+ I haven't noticed any degradation in performance over time (I've had it for almost a year and use at least twice a week) + Useful protection tip CONS - Sharp, sometimes cuts hairs instead of yanking them out - Expensive I'll dig out an ingrown hair or something useful. If the tip was smoother, it could be more accurate on ingrown hairs, but it's pretty rough. Although they have some flaws, they are one of the best tweezers I…

I'm a believer! for shaving and hair removal

I have bought a million tweezers (even some well-known brands) from the pharmacy, but I have always been disappointed with their effectiveness. I finally bit the bullet and decided to invest in a good pair of tweezers and boy was not disappointed! It made me believe... totally worth the money! If I had known how good they are, I would have bought them many years ago.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons

Unfortunately I'm disappointed in the tweezers

Other reviews are true, they're good at the tip but the flat edge doesn't converge to pull hair out effectively. We have had this brand of tweezers for years and they are the best, just choose the flat edge when you need to tweeze your hair.

  • Keeping my fists

  • Sad equipment

Excellent tweezers, try on receipt

LOVE my Rubis tweezers. I already have the fifth pair, because my daughter loves them too, but often drops them. I bought a pair and to my surprise they sent me an empty box of Rubis. I ordered another pair and had to return immediately as they didn't stick to my hair at all. Of course Revain is great and I had them sent back and I've ordered another pair which I'm waiting for. I hope they won't have any flaws either, but this is the first time this has happened. Fingers crossed or I'll have to

Quality is fickle, but when it's good, it's GREAT!

I have been using Rubis stainless steel angled/sharp vintage tweezers for many years. I decided to keep a second set of tweezers in my travel bag and bought Revlon tweezers at the pharmacy. It was useless and I threw it away. I then went to Amazon and bought two stainless steel beveled tip tweezers from ToiletTree Products - lifetime replacement guarantee that look exactly like my old Rubio tweezers. I have half good news, half bad. News. One of the recently purchased Rubis tweezers is very…

No hype - great tweezers

I've had many tweezers over the years, some of which were said to be the best. These are definitely the best. Very accurate, very sharp, with a comfortable angle.

Not Happy!: Female

I have 3 tweezers from Rubis and one from Mehaz and they are all great. This one doesn't allow you to pull your hair without poking the tip due to the sharp tip. Maybe "exercise" will help, but I'll return it and order an inclined plane. This manufacturer is the best. This was the only time I was dissatisfied.
