I really like these because they are small. They don't have a back, so there's a risk of them falling out. However, they are easier to insert and remove for cleaning. I lasted about a month and the little ball fell out and the needle stayed in my nose.

These nose rings are the best I've ever bought! I love them so much I bought a second set! I've had a lot of problems with jewelry causing me reactions or turning my skin green, but I've been wearing it for months now with no problems!

Absolutely gorgeous all 3! Bought 18gr. I don't think there is a difference in gem size depending on the caliber size. The ball is quite large, so if you like small, semi-inconspicuous nose jewelry, then this isn't for you. I have a broad nose and the ball is very noticeable but I like it.

I like nose rings, I ordered 3 packs. One day I was wearing blue and a stone fell out. I'm one of the main earners so I can easily get my money back, but it's a bad sign of quality when a gem falls every other day. Just FYI everyone else, they're like a big ball, but they sparkle nicely and look good on the inside.

I have bought MANY nose rings and these are my favorites! They're not for the faint of heart. HAHA! They are bold and sit more on your nose than a jeweled stud earring. All 3 are great but my favorite color is Aurora. Love love love and recommend them to friends who bought and love them too!

One broke when I took it out of the box to put it in. And I definitely don't think they're surgical grade stainless steel. My original piercing was made out of this stuff and after wearing it for 24 hours I reacted so badly that it abscessed my nose and became very inflamed. Something that has never happened with surgical grade stainless steel. As soon as I took this product out and put my original back in and also rinsed with salt water, the swelling and leakage is almost completely gone.
