To be honest I didn't know what to expect given the bad reviews of this drone. Yes, I am talking about RUKO F11 GIM2. This is a great drone, it does exactly what it says it will. This is my third drone and the best so far. I tried it out this morning and was amazed at how far this drone flies, it actually flies 9000ft and doesn't lose contact with the camera at all. I live in Queens, NY where there are a lot of buildings and trees and this villain really did his job. This is my first time flying a drone. I was very impressed with the quality and durability of this drone! When I opened the box, I was immediately struck by the premium look of the components. The only problem I had at the beginning was that I had to charge the batteries once (charge, fly, low battery warning, charge again). Now he flies great. Update 09/22/21: I had to contact RUKO about a problem with the drone. It all started with an email and ended with a phone conversation with a real person. They were very helpful in solving my problem and very pleasant to communicate with. This is a very good drone for the price. I swam it and it handles very well. It holds position in light wind conditions and the gimbal counteracts this and keeps the image stable. With fast or slow flight, the picture/video is stable. I'm happy with the range
