Bought on a friend's recommendation. Costs money. I use them at night over regular diapers as my 1 year old needs extra protection. Only used nylon/plastic underwear as a sheath but it will leak.

I'm rating it 4 stars because it wasn't clear it didn't have inserts. Haven't used it yet, but it looks and feels solid, so I'm sure it'll be great if you have everything you need to use it. My only option would be to say somewhere in the title or description that this item does NOT come with any inserts.
