Good for eu2200 door cover. Works perfectly even with a severed wire. I deducted 1 star because the buttons react chaotically. The correct ignition timing for Honda eu2200 is 1p1r.

Hour meter and tachometer for new alternator. Seems to be working, although I'm not sure the hour meter is accurate. It was also sent with a half empty battery, which is not a sign of quality. The included zip ties were too small (to attach the wire to the spark plug head cap) so you will need to buy or have your own zip ties.

Control methods are not intuitive. There is no pattern in the steps. The instructions are wrong and sometimes contradictory. The text says press the button twice, the diagram says press the button once. Complicated watches with only two buttons have been around for a long time. You don't need this nonsense. You must correct and save the instructions as you cannot remember the random nature of the steps.

I really like this gauge. Possibility to set two different service times. that's a really nice feature. It even turns the background red when it's time to service your hardware. The included velcro is very strong and durable. I use this on our portable generator to keep track of oil changes and air filter cleaning. The device turns on when the engine is started, but must be turned off manually after the engine has stopped.

So easy to install. I added 2 extra turns around the connector wire for good gauge. Looks good and works as advertised. Accuracy is good. There is a slight delay when choking up or down, but only for a second. The display delights after 2 hours of mowing in the sun. This tachometer really helps keep track of my new Honda VX21 mower. I have peace of mind knowing my equipment will be serviced on time. The counter simplifies the maintenance of your devices. A downside. You really need to be patient and read the instructions carefully. It took me 1 hour to program. On the positive side, you don't need any tools to install it. I was looking for an hour meter for my emergency generator and came across this device. It has all the features I wanted (especially the removable battery!) for the price I was willing to pay. This is a robust and very useful device for monitoring the running time of a generator. It also has a handy feature that allows you to set maintenance reminders, which is very important. This is the third hour meter I have installed on my Yamaha alternator. It has to be original equipment, but I digress. , this thing is very easy to install, you run the wire to the spark plug and wrap it around the spark plug wire a few times and it runs on its own battery when you install it so if you forget to turn it off no problem . Drain the battery and the battery life of this thing is unreal. I keep forgetting to turn it off, so it probably lasted over 100 hours and it's still showing a full battery.
