As an automotive enthusiast, Im always on the lookout FOR tools that can help me get the job done .As a result of my tests I determined that this backing plate is indeed impressive. It's lightweight, easy to handle and holds the pad firmly. The performance is unparalleled, giving me the perfect finish for all my automotive detailing tasks. However, the only con is the price which may be a bit steep for some hesitant buyers..

Exactly as described - car detailing

This is a direct replacement for what my buffing machine had. I noticed that the top, which is where most people do "washer mods", was a bit wider, but it didn't affect performance
