I'm having a hard time finding shorts where the pocket inside is the right place. Russell usually takes very good care of this but on this pair the pockets are too far back so when I put my keys or whatever in them I sit on them and also a little back makes them hard to see by touch . I ordered size XL and they fit perfectly. I'm 6ft 2in / 235lbs and usually wear pants and shorts with a 38 waist size. Having recently gained about 10-12lbs I would estimate I have a 39" waist and these shorts shine good to fit a 38-40 inch waist. The ratchet strap is a bit short but works well enough that I didn't shoot the stars.
