👕 X-Large Men's Clothing and Active Russell Athletic Fleece Hoodie Review

As I expected from a Russell Athletic product, this hoodie was true to size and very well made (even the strong brass zipper and taped inseam). I keep warm in the freezers and milk fridges at the supermarket where I work nights. There was no excessive shedding of the inner yarn as you see with the cheaper fleece when I first washed it.

I love this sweatshirt but be aware it will shrink after the first wash/dry. I had a pretty bad experience with mine but I believe it's my own fault and hopefully this review will help someone avoid my mistakes. This hooded, zip-front sweatshirt is great! The length is just below the waist to keep you warm when you bend over! The front zip can act as a fan if you get too hot and the two pockets are large enough to cover your hands/wrists. it might be good to have something extra for big hands; even a good inside pocket for things like a phone or credit card that don't leave the house without you. Men's I LOVE my Russell zip-up sweatshirt with navy blue hood. I'm a woman and this sweatshirt is durable and not as fragile as many women's sweatshirts. I went to a fishing camp in Alaska this summer and wore it every day both in the cabin and on the fishing boat. It was a warm and cozy atmosphere when the temperature in the windy Cook's Inlet was above fifty and below sixty degrees.

I don't know why stars choose light weight. These sweatshirts are thick and warm. Perfect sweatshirt for cold weather but I think it's too warm for indoors or the gym. I love the thickness, softness and overall feel of the material. The sweater has everything I want to wear to the gym on a cool California morning. Only the size XL was too big for me. It's a lot bigger than the regular XL sizes I've bought from other brands. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh about 200 pounds. People mentioned how warm this jacket was and I thought how warm a sweatshirt could be. But seriously, there's something going on with this thing - very warm. So this is the real thing. Otherwise great sweatshirt/jacket. The cut is a little looser, less tight, which is what I was looking for. Two shortcomings: The drawstring on the hood is sooooo long (why so long?) and the polyester in the jacket is annoying. some scrub. Neither is the end of the world.

Ordered Medium. It is high quality and just what I needed and expected a higher price. It's not thin, has 2 layers. I washed it and dried it on high because I wanted to make sure I didn't have to babysit it in the laundry. It fits me perfectly but I'm 5ft 7in and 145lbs. Who is taller, I would choose Big.
