The towel rack is decent looking and seems to be simple and sturdy. However, the way the mounting plates are attached is very flawed, which leads to overall durability issues. The wood under the mounting plate is routed out to give the screw head space while the board sits flush on the wall. Unfortunately the area the screws pass through to attach the mounting plates to the board was ALSO routed out, so only a fraction of the screw length is actually engaged with the wood. Nice rustic look. Solid construction. Would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the "made in China" sticker on it. Next time I would check Etsy for something more authentic.

I love bought a few products now from same company and always got install hardware so did look before purchasing this to match other pieces and just got it and it has no hardware and hard to find stuff to hang sturdy. Pretty disappointed specially with price I paid

This is a very well built item. My only gripe is that the part where the bar connects to the wood isn't a flange. Not like other industrial style decor.
