I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the packaging. We had the sink professionally installed 10 days ago and it looked great. However, I noticed today that the bottom of the sink is starting to rust. ? I thought it was stainless steel? Very disappointed.

Beautiful sink pictured. The quality is excellent but has a bad bad design. The bottom is so flat that it takes forever to flush the dirt down the drain and this usually involves removing the grate. Also, it scratches. I thought I was buying the coolest sink and just bought a problem. Can't do anything about it as the granite was cut to fix it.

This sink has it all and more. It's big, deep and beautiful. Firmly. Fantastic craftsmanship. Even the packaging, it came in a big black velvet pouch that looks like it's supposed to have an amazing pair of Louboutins in it, I loved it. And the accessories are just exceptional. This sink will instantly transform your kitchen. I highly recommend it.

Due to the flat bottom, too much water comes out, preventing particles from running down the drain. The bottom grille and all corners should be cleaned thoroughly (allow 30 minutes every week). Wooden accessories immediately deteriorate in a humid environment (replaced with plastic versions from another sink manufacturer). It has been polished almost to a mirror finish. You can see the soft reflection on the walls. The sink does NOT need to be washed. Use a soft tea towel and washing-up liquid for cleaning. Don't rub. If you love to clean (when it just needs a gentle clean), opt for a lower quality, larger sink with a matte finish.

I really like the quality of the stainless steel sink. The "bells and whistles" also called extras are nice too, but there are some things that take some getting used to with this type of sink. First the good: Nice and deep, the cutting board is cool. It comes with a drain cover that can be positioned over the hole on its legs and allows water to drain without worrying about anything falling down the hole. I had to recycle so couldn't use the adorable little sink strainer that came with it. The
