Need a new one for the trailer

I have a caravan that I need a new anode rod for. This somehow helps save the water heater by attracting contaminants like excess scale - there's a lot of that in this part of the country and the old stick looked pretty bad. Anyway, I measured the length of the old one and ordered accordingly. Fits perfectly.

An ideal and must-have disposable item

Glad I found out I need to replace it in my RV's hot water tank once a year. There was no old one at all, and replacing it was not difficult. Make sure you get a spray nozzle to clean your tank. This makes the job a lot easier, especially if your tank is full of scale and sediment. The photo shows the old one I removed versus the newly installed one.

Well made and perfect for wheeled water heaters! The price is very good value for money!

These anode rods are designed to wear out over time and require replacement to protect the RV water heater tank from corrosion and fouling. This particular design and manufacturer produce efficient and quality bars that fit easily into these tanks. The price is extremely reasonable, the only problem is that they are shipped from China so shipping can be slower than other items on Revain. I am totally satisfied with these rods and will buy them again in due course. Five stars for us as a rating…
