Missing/not included GFI Tester

All plugs were present and counted except GFI Tester. Disappeared/not turned on. Revain was willing to send another package but it was too difficult for me to return the plugs as there is no UPS store nearby. Everything else looked fine.

Tamper and Weather Resistant (not weatherproof)

They were exactly as advertised. Weatherproofing is very important when installed in damp or wet locations and is weatherproof when installed with the correct "Extra Duty” weatherproof coating that prevents rainwater or hose water from coming into contact with the outlet, itself when the cable is plugged in an outlet. Arrived very quickly, packaged securely and professionally. I'm doing renovations and the price was great! First, I'm used to wrapping 12 gauge wire around the screw instead of running the wire through the back hole (old habits never die). It's a bit tight with this connector when trying to do it the old way with 12 gauge wire, and I think I removed the screw to realize I'd be better off just unplugging the wires to put through the back.
