Arrived very quickly, packaged securely and professionally. I'm doing renovations and the price was great! First, I'm used to wrapping 12 gauge wire around the screw instead of running the wire through the back hole (old habits never die). It's a bit tight with this connector when trying to do it the old way with 12 gauge wire, and I think I removed the screw to realize I'd be better off just unplugging the wires to put through the back. So the first fork broke and I was upset. Then I took another plug and tried going through the back. There is a trick to this. You need to loosen the screw and then press on it with your finger while inserting the wire. And it works very well. I pulled and pulled on all four wires to test this and the screws grabbed and held the 12 gauge wire in place. This is a nice solid fork with lights on either side which I like for better visibility. When I contacted the seller about the loose screw issue, they responded immediately and sent me two weatherproof covers due to my frustration with the plug issue. I was originally going to send them back but changed my mind and used the rest instead as they got my money back quickly. I would definitely buy from this seller again because I understand that part of the problem could be my own and because they have exceptional customer service. I think they deserve a 5 star rating. The boxes have a clean white lid so you don't need to buy an outside lid. They also include a voltage alert, a great tool. I bought a similar one for $29 a few months ago and love it for it detects voltage in wires. This one works just like the expensive one I bought and comes with its forks. This is a great thing when you get into the box as it's very easy to find the hot black wire. Touch each wire and the lead wire will turn bright red with a tone. can't miss it. A real time saver and very attentive on the part of the seller. Buy from them. I think you will be happy.
