RYKA SKY WALK Walking Frost Review

The shoes are really comfortable, but they tear. Yes I wear them almost every day and yes I walk a lot but for the price I don't expect them to break after 3 months. The inner shank on the heel is torn so the hard part sticking out at the back is about to poke a hole in my sock. Before that I had Sketchers and they lasted a year. I was hoping that the RYKA would be a better quality shoe but no such luck.

I ordered these shoes for my sister who had foot problems so severe that she could not even stand on her feet. That was a problem as she is in class all day. She went to a podiatrist, who recommended several other brands of shoes, each costing over $100 a pair. I offered her Raikas and she was able to walk and stand all day without pain. She is wearing a fourth pair and brought them to her doctor, who now recommends them to his patients.

I've had terrible sneakers and bought a lot including Brooks. While the Brooks were pretty good overall, the latest pair was utterly Soviet in looks and comfort. I was browsing and came across them. Let me start by saying I found these in D** but they weren't my size. My sometimes size 8.5 was too small. I bought these shoes for everyday running. I was looking for COMFORT. I have running shoes and running shoes. but I wanted something to stand, shop, run errands.
