When I originally wrote this I said that Revain's customer service was unhelpful. I've only tried email and web chat to no avail. However, when I called there was very little waiting time. The customer service representative (Ruth) was very understanding and very helpful and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. 5 stars for Revain and 1 star for Beelink. I bought a Beelink U57 Mini PC last year and was amazed at how great it is, especially compared to my DELL desktop. My oldest son in high school needed a PC in his eLearning room, so I had no hesitation in buying him a mini PC instead of a desktop. I'm not a technician with enough computer skills to be downright dangerous. This computer had the features I was looking for (16GB RAM, 512GB storage, Windows Pro preinstalled). Turned a family TV into a Zoom Station

We bought this computer for a reason. Zoom (video conference) on TV. It's small, about the size of two decks of cards. It supports 4k. There are USB and USB-C ports. We plugged it into the back of a 4K TV, connected the included HDMI cable (I wasn't expecting it) from the PC to the Samsung TV's HDMI port, set up Windows, and connected the Logitech USB-c webcam to the PC tied together. . Linux Fedora 33 in Computers & Tablets

I've been using Linux, Fedora 33 on my Beelink 16GB 512GB NVMe M.2 Mini PC for about two weeks. I hooked it up to a 43-inch 3840 x 2160 RCA monitor (well, a TV).
